I love how y'all are both like, nonchalantly, a stamp! Uhm, y'all. THAT STAMP used to be worth 162.5mil just before it was given out. It's a R99 - one of the "big three" for the Snowy Valley album. I'd be more excited...except that I already have that stamp (as I completed that album years ago - one of the few I've completed).

Be aware, a LOT of the stamps in that album have SUPER INFLATED today because of it. (Many of the less than 10k stamps are going for 900k + right now).

Yeah, I just can't get excited about anything related to Neopets anymore. Honestly, the only reason I still play is because of the friends I have made.

Another re-release. I actually remember buying several copies of that book, back in the day. (Eesh, it's 18 years old!) I must've sold most of them (or read them to my pets) because I only have one currently in my SDB. Well, two now.

I get more excited for my kiddos than myself, I think. LLP has been working his way through NQII and gets super excited each time he beats someone else new. MLP was super excited about the pink tree yesterday. BLP is obsessed with training his battle pet and gets excited every time he manages to beat someone harder. (The younger two want to battle, too, but they've still got a long way to go for training since they just started.) They all have a list of pets/colors that they eventually want. It's fun to watch them muddle their way through Neopia.
Yes, I still get excited about things (like opening a goodie bag to get a new stamp or what not), but it's definitely more fun to watch the kids.

Oh, can Blue and I play Secret Santa to the little Ps for Christmas? I'm sure I have a gazillion neggs and regular codestones that could get them through weeks of training.

Rereleasing items is nice because their biggest new player base is probably children of current players, and those items have gotten exceedingly rare as so many accounts went inactive/frozen/etc. And I kind of like when they shake up the economy. I could see if I have any of those newly inflated stamps, but I'm lazy and have no goals on site, so what would I spend the NP on?

A non-negg negg for myself. At least it's made of actual neggs, I guess. What if they opened up an uncooking pot, where you could break items into what can be used to make them? (I'm not sure negg pie is actually a cooking pot item, but it's still an interesting, economy-shaking notion.)

I think one of my few Neopets goal might be to get the Battle of Meridell mug. I was originally convinced that it did not actually exist until I saw it once on the TP. But it was vastly out of my price range, and I am (also) too lazy to actively earn multi-millions of NP to buy the next one that comes along, assuming there is a next time. Hmm...

Yep, I meant sending them to P. Maybe they could write wishlists? If they start galleries, we could give them a good start (not *too* much, so they still have stuff to work towards, but an item or two they might have to save up a long time for... Maybe the most expensive few pieces of the SLM, then let them collect the rest? Except IDK if I actually have those...)

P.S. Blue, you should send that into the editorial ASAP! They might consider it... Or maybe for next year?

I'll see if they have any "wishlists". I'm not sure if they do yet, other than paint brushes, etc. I know that currently, all map piece redemption is down (which upset my younger two, as they both want to turn in the forgotten shore map pieces to have access to that daily) due to a glitch that was allowing the "multi-time redemption" maps (AKA, treasure, Spooky, etc) to be multi-redeemed with only one set of pieces...which was being exploited. Sigh. Hopefully TNT will get at least the ones that you can only redeem once back up here soon...

I have no issues with y'all giving items directly to them if that would make it easier.

I would second sending it into the editorial, just in case. I keep hoping they'll find some way to re-release some of the older impossible to get items, for sure!
