I dont how long it takes to get an answer back. But I emailed them again just incase. I dont want them to forget about me and I dont wanna give up until I get an answer saying that Im not getting my account back for sure.
And I was thinking about that inapproppriate message. What if it was a typo and I didnt realize it? They would keep me frozen for that? I really hope not. English is my 3rd language so I make typos now and then.
That's exactly what I meant when I talked about misunderstandings. This is why it would be a good idea to ask politely what it is that you said and that you feel there must be a misunderstanding. Explain to them when you last used any feature where you can input text and the location (country) you normaly use neopets from. This way they can also try to figure out if someone else logged into your account and used these features maliciously.
Please try to be patient though and make sure to be clear in any mails you send. Always try to wait a week between sending an email as it could be that they are particularly busy. Don't give up if you really feel you've done nothing wrong, but don't get angry either. TNT won't give an account back to someone who is abusive (not saying you are, but a lot of people come across that way).
