When applying to Neo, they really prefer you to use the e-mail system and follow that policy.
Lol, I wanted to try and schedule an interview before when I was out in CA, so I called in and was told "Just e-mail and we'll get back to you."

Here is my problem, I want to apply but I wish to find out benefits and wages first. But everytime I send them a email asking about it I never get a response?
Why is that?

Companies are not required to disclose benefits and wages until an offer of employment is extended. Most do not like to publicize so that they have more freedom to change these depending on the qualifications of the applicant.

They can't find out that the account was yours. Its a very trivial mistake anyways. i doubt they will care when employing
