It is a toolbar that you can download off of Neopets. I think it has something to do with being a premi, but I am not sure.

You don't need to be premium to use the toolbar...you just click a link and download it. It's sort of like the googlebar, or yahoobar. The neopets toolbar is not to be confused with the special sidebars that premium users get!

I think I might be little late of the mark but I just started doing this thing today. I'm up to the second constellation and I must say that that star mapper thingy is really awesome, I'd be stuffed without it.

um, slightly off topic, but how do you get toolbars? do you have to save them or activate them somehow?

The janitor shouts, "Punch Club?! You went to Punch Club without me?! RAARGHHR! I LOVE PUNCH!! I WISH I HAD SOME RIGHT NOW!!!" He foams at the mouth and growls incoherently.

Just download them here http://toolbar.neopets.com/?lang=en
it makes going to the dailies easier

I really should train myself to not get my hopes up with Neopets because I'll just end up falling harder on the ground... face first!

So I was caring for that petpet for more than an hour on an imac with Safari. Never worked.

Switched to a Win XP machine with Firefox. Started at 1:34, and he was happy at 1:42. Arrgh!

So for those of you Mac users (all 12 of you :), you might try using something other than Safari.

Let's quell the talks about the Neoepts sidebar from being helpful in the plot.
I'll eat my proverbial hat if we end up needing to download a *toolbar* to help with this plot. From the last ten constellations, this and the next clue will almost CERTAINLY be a point-n-click method in order to get it as well as being PURELY in Altador. (Although I'm not saying it will be as simple as it sounds)

So... no more on the toolbar.

I also had trouble :x In fact I've had problems with several of the steps with this plot and safari (any of the ones that involved refreshing) I turned of my cache and everything - as SOON as I switched to my PC *pop* all fixed...

Does it usually take TNT this long to post todays new features? Or could they be taking a while with "other" new features... maybe involving altador?

News is updated haphazardly. There's no set time to when the news is updated. It can range as early in the afternoon or as late as night. Who knows.

I'm on an imac AND am using Safari. No problems in any constellation (and tabs) so far.

The news is out... I tabbed around the main page of Altador, visited all of the places where other clues have been found, even checked each window in the Colesseum (I'm writing a paper that's due tomorrow, so I have plenty of time to do that sort of thing :battar: ) checked the Archives and the clubs, and I found nada. Did anyone else? Come on, TNT, I want to be up all night trying to find the Protector's constellation, not writing my paper!!! ;)
