Wheeee, just got through the entire plot so far, from the beginning to the end of constellation 7. (Tonight, I mean. I, no longer going on NP for anything other than plots (because they're fun, if extremely annoying at times), didn't even know there was a plot until someone told me a few hours ago.)

Anyway.

A hint- don't stress out so much over the punch. Write down all possible combinations on a piece of paper, and as you go through each one, cross that out if it's not the one that unlocks the goblet and constellation clue.

However, when you are going through the numbers, don't get mixed up- be careful, as it can be pretty disorienting after your first ten or so unsuccessful tries ("Oh, wait, which bowl did I just click?!"). Actually, with that last problem, though I didn't do this, you might want to keep a different card, or one instead of a cross-out method, on which you'd put down the punch bowl numbers- for example, click 1, write down 1, click 2, write 2, 3, 3, and then, if that combination doesn't work, cross it out.

Does anyone know what the Shiny Astrolabe does?

Not yet, no.

No, no one knows what the astrolobe thing does.

I thought I had all the punch combos until I realized I could do the same punch...mine was 1-1-2.

Now I'm having trouble submitting my constellation. I went to the Lenny, and then I found the constellation using the star mapper and it matches up and everything through the telescope. I've tried submitting it three times now, and it says there's no known constellation like that. Any advice?

check that you linked the stars together correctly. you might also check that the coordinates are correct with stoodder constallation mapper.

Make sure you have updated star info and that all the stars are connected in one loop. Also, sometimes when two stars are really close, the one that is not the constellation gets clicked.

Is there anyway to get back the astronomy bagde once it's been stolen?

Kasia: *grateful bow* I had everything right, but I didn't connect them in a loop. Thank you very much ^^

This is the most tedious one so far. My Grarrl is on the last door of the first floor and my combination number is 3-3-3

I think I'm about to go crazy... I've tried every possible combination twice, going to Punch Club afresh each time, and nothing works. ARRRGH!!

This. Is. So. Annoying. I think what I'm going to do (before going to punch club) is to write down every possible combination under the sun and try them all. Twice.

EDIT: Am I right in thinking that there are 7 possible combinations for each start number? e.g. 7 beginning with 1, 7 beginning with 2 etc
---If there are 7 for each, then these are what I've come up with.

EDIT: Ok, I missed some out :/ I'll add them on now, making it to 9, if anybody thinks I've missed some then please say.

*hits head* sorry...

Okay, I used a slightly different method for finding my punch key... Maybe this is one for the mathematically minded.

Instead of having to fath around with pieces of paper and having to let your focus be on so many different things... I saw the punch bowls as numbers, and thought about the numbers in order. So how can you make the smallest number with 1, 2, 3? Well, it's 1.1.1. Next number> 1.1.2. 1.1.3... 1.2.1... and it goes on.

So it's just making sure you get all the combinations without messing around with papers (as I know that would just confuse me!) You find you get into a pattern as you do it anyway... it's kind of theraputic... whoa, I can't believe I just said that...

I know it's not a revolution or anything, and using paper is still probably the best solution, but it's the lazy bums way out!

I can no longer stay quiet. Has anybody else noticed that the astronomy club wocky looks like Elvis? Those are rockin sideburns for a girl.
