You can get this by starting a course when level 81, then losing 2 levels in the lab

On the other hand it was WORTH IT... I got +3 strength from that course

Saved me 12 codestones, AND now I can finally start working on my defence... (I'm still working on evening him out after a year of labbing... his HP was high enough that I had to uber-level him, and his defence is terrible... but not for long!!
