I've heard reports that two people got it by viewing the How to Draw page at a certain time. It seems different times for each person.
Unconfirmed.
Edit: Perhaps during the "light" schedule for the model city room?
Perhaps random... but I refreshed this page a LOT yesterday.
Edit 2: I am still asking for details. It seems one reported getting it between 1-2pm NST, the other between 2-3pm NST. Still no confirmation.

What the heck is with all of these "times"? Just because the last avatar was timed doesn't mean the next one is... Especially when a specific time wouldn't make sense for Tomos! It makes sense for the "darkest" faerie one.

Have 1NP and have anything with the word SCARAB in it and go to how to draw Tomos page 2.

Like my screenie hint? I've been taking screenies and making visual hints for avvies since the beginning, but have yet to put them together into a guide. Who wants a hint on how to get an avatar when you can use a guide that tell you exactly? Probably nobody!
