I think the reason Neopets changed was because the quality of printing. I've heard 99 dogs doesn't exactly have good colors and whatnot.
I've got two Neopets shirts from them and neither are very good quality. One faded a lot and the other has an ironed-on type thing that's begun to peel off. For some reason that one was mailed to me from an apartment in NYC o_0
