I'll third that notion, winter.
TNT do care, although they can't be there for every little thing. The monitors are pathetic (or at least some of them are) because they're undertrained and underpayed. But TNT as a whole is pretty good.
And yes, believe it or not, they are in for the profit, just like any other business. Your parents have taken up their jobs because they're in it for the profits, no matter which you look at it. As much as it'd please so many of you to have all the money Neo makes going back into itself, you have to remember that the people that make it need to feed themselves. So yes, they're in for the money, to a degree. Just like /any/ other business.

I agree with that as well. But to everyone else who will read this a certain way, it's not TNT as a whole who is in it for the money, it's Doug Dohring and the high-higher ups. And he already has plenty of money.

Too true. But you can't just expect a man to stop making money, especially when he is already so rich. Can you imagine Bill Gates deciding one day to just stop Microsoft, because he's got enough money? Nuh uh, that blokes gonna take it to the grave, he will.

We all saw this with Adam and Donna's reaction to the news of a movie. They weren't happy at all. They wanted all efforts concentrated on making the site as fun as possible, despite a smaller paycheck. It was the fat head at the top of the company who wants to squeeze everything he can out of this concept, regardless of the long term consequences of the site.
