When I go there it tells me that the smugglers have nothing to sell... Is that because I only have 10 dubloons? will they have something if I take the amount they want for that item?

You need 300 dubloons, and it stocks randomly. Some people say it stocks 1-3 times an hour on average.

Okay I bought some neoschool stuff before all this. even though my neopets aren't elite, didn't they say we would need all that stuff? And wasn't there another school supposed to be coming out other than this one?

Well ... I couldn't resist the urge to throw in 10 codestones either ... I also got a Kew Codestone.

I tried to make a Red codestone to try and make an unbuyable but I lost money

Luckily 5 screens later I found a lab map piece to recouperate my losses and then some

So, lemme get this straight. Even if I did have the red codestones to enter, I couldn't because i'm not level 250+? Or, I'd be able to enter and just not train? *confused*

edit: also, where is the ninja shop?

its a tiny strip of land right under the nimmo's cheek next to the stairs, towards the bottom.

Someone bought my Kew Codestone. Yay!

Something that I think is unfair ... it still takes an extremely long time to train to get to level 250, but once you get to level 250 ... you can train again in 4 hours it seems. Or did I see the screenshots wrong?

How fair is that?

Quite fair considering that they took forever to release the new school and you're still paying a significant amount... The highest two class levels take 12 hours anyways...

No such thing as fair anyways.
