Does the RE appear above or below the "And the Winner is.." text? I've been refreshing for hours with inflatable balthazar, chia clown, and the skeletal minion, and still no av

It appears at the bottom of the winner page around where the leave buttons are.

Ok i am stoked! I got it i got it i got it! Weird way though. I beat the inflatable balthazar and refreshed and had my user lookup in another window and was refreshing that in case i refreshed the win page too much and missed it but no dice. My internet connection started acting screwy and wouldn't reload pages and i couldn't sign on my messengers so i left it alone and went to sleep. I woke up a lil while ago, which was a few hours past when i'd fallen asleep, just a few hours. And when the connection finally worked again i started refreshing and yeah and chatting and yeah and then all of the sudden when i was chatting with my friend and refreshing BAM:

And that made it all worthwhile. But yea it will show up below the challengers but above the buttons so you shouldn't miss it. Now off I got to do my victory dance and thanks to all who posted with info on how to get it because it's a pimp avatar and i am very happy! Good luck to anyone who hasn't gotten it yet! Keep trying!
