Sad but true. You can get better items for 1/2 the price in the trading post as opposed to the Hidden Tower.

right now every weapon is over priced... I believe sword of apocalypse is around that price... you should go to http://www.pinkpt.com/idb to find weapons info...they even have a section on top rated weapons.

Indeed...look at the In-Depth battlepedia here on PinkPoogleToy. That crew does a phenomenal job of weapon/enemy analysis.
They've also got a few articles on strength and defense boosts that you should definitely look at. To shorten it up a bit, a boost is a stat value break point above which the damage multiplier (icons times multiplier equals actual damage dealt) is increased.

honey potion is a bomb, can do alot of icons in damage. I want one myself SO badly, but right now I think they're very inflated - prices are 650K and up. Pre-war (should have bought then!) they're between 450K to maybe 500K

It's a once-per-battle item that can be obtained by completing the 35th level of the Illusen quests.

Definitely. You can only equip one per pet at a time, but it's the best grenade in the game.

You can complete a quest every 12 hours. It doesn't matter when you start, because your level only resets if you fail...just like with Jhudora.

IDB is down right now(hence why im here) but when its back up, always make to to check it before buying weapons. Alot of hidden tower weapons are junk and should be avoided. Also you can often find a weapon that sells in the hidden tower for less on the Trading Post. This can save you a few thousand to a few million neopoints
