I've seen you draw, i've seen your art in the gallery. You could've drawn those characters, and if not, you could have easily drawn characters like them, but well enough to serve the purpose.
You should have more confidence in what you do.
It is no excuse.

All of those were rejected.
(Comic pink eye was the best I could draw)
They didn't understand the jokes.
And for the melted one they said that stuff like that has been in the neopian times.
And I submitted it before that stuff.
And the responce I got 2 months later.
