I don't understand what's so odd about it. Amneris is right, sites like these sign up for things and then post the login information for public use.

Acctually, this site works diffrently. People submit the passes and stuff. Meaning if someone hacked an account, they could ehhh...hid ethe evidence on the password giving out site.

Maybe SCAMMERS who have already PILLAGED the accoun they GIVE it away so it LOOKS like YOU'RE the SCAMMER. OR, they're HOPING they could TURN people into SCAMMERS.

Yeah. Thik how many people will be frozen for 'scamming' that somebody else did. And now, for the victims of the scam, anybody how goes on that site could get on their account, if the scammer hasn't changed their pass yet..
