Acctually, this site works diffrently. People submit the passes and stuff. Meaning if someone hacked an account, they could ehhh...hid ethe evidence on the password giving out site.

I just found out why this was happening.

Maybe SCAMMERS who have already PILLAGED the accoun they GIVE it away so it LOOKS like YOU'RE the SCAMMER. OR, they're HOPING they could TURN people into SCAMMERS.
Notice how I PUT on CAPS LOCK. Okay, I'm out of it.

although they only seem to have one account at the moment, Its a submission type thing. So if hackers wanted it to look like you hacked the account, they could just submit the account they hackeds info.

Yeah. Thik how many people will be frozen for 'scamming' that somebody else did. And now, for the victims of the scam, anybody how goes on that site could get on their account, if the scammer hasn't changed their pass yet..

It's good that it's only starting out, and hopefully most people won't know about it.

This reminds me of the time i was at the public library, and i checked neopets and i found a account with 1.2 million np on hand and 9 million in bank with all these good items...i was nice and logged them outafter going through all their stuff and battling using their pets
