How do you get the diffrent themed sidebars? I haven't been on in forever. o.o;

Well on Halloween you could get the halloween sidebar for winning the random contest or being online at midnight nst on halloween.
The birthday one you can only see on your birthday and neopets birthday.
(Too bad my birthday and neopets birthday are 10 days apart)
