Dear,
Ma Twit, I am a manager for Neo Pets Premium Services Technical Support. Your issues have come to our attention and we would sincerely like to apologize for any and all inconvenience you have experienced.

Let me start by explaining that the package you signed up for was a Neo Pets Trial offer (without e-mail.) Unfortunately this package was not as popular as we had hoped so we decided to offer the package with e-mail. Since then we have converted all the Neo Pets Premium Portal Web Packs to include e-mail and that is why your original issue was solved.

After reviewing all the e-mails that were sent back and forth between you and our Technical Support Staff, I have found that our staff failed to read the previous issues enclosed in the e-mails assuming that your only issue was the most recent entry. Please know that our Support Staff will be more diligent about getting to the root of the issue instead of solving it piece by piece.

In the future if you or anyone else has any issues and they cannot call us here we would be more than happy to call you at your home when it is most convenient for you. Please be sure to include your username and your telephone number as well as the best time to contact you and I will make sure your issues are resolved quickly and correctly the first time.

Thank you again for your patience and we value your business.

You are a lovely man David Garcia :) I got both your emails this morning, am about to reply to them, in case you don't read back here, but I wanted everyone here to know also, that not only has this loverly man upgraded my account, but given me another two months on it for free :)

I kinda had a feeling that the problem was the support staff not reading back all the emails attached, which is why I tried to restate the problem again :) I do have a lot of patience usually, and the simple fact was, I *wanted* to pay for service to neopets, because regardless of any problems that crop up around the site, I love playing the game, and spending my spare time on there :) So if I could give a little back, by paying an amount for a years worth of enjoyment, then I wanted to.

Anyway, David, thanks! :hug:
