I'm sending a paper letter. It goes as follows:
To Whom it May Concern:
Like a few people that have written you before, I've been frozen. My account, OmniIcyshelf, was frozen November 2 for supposedly "continuing to break the rules after a warning was given." As far as I am concerned, I am not aware of any post that I made on the NeoBoards that broke the rules set up by the Terms and Conditions, and feel that my freezing was not justified. In addition, I did not receive a warning regarding the posts I made that night to indicate that the actions I was taking at that moment were to stop on penalty of account loss. The last warning I had received was for asking people to bump a board regarding a way to stop chain letters- and that was one or two weeks ago. If I have broken a rule, please know that it was not my intention to do so. In the interest of fairness, can I ask you to restore my account (And possibly keep my account from accessing the Other Worlds board again)? I would be most grateful if you could do so. I’ve been on the site for about two years, and lost my first account, Icyshelf, for breaking a rule that I wasn’t aware of at the time (trying to sell the account). It’s just that I don’t want to lose my second, greatest account and all that I put into it for a similar reason.
-(insert my name here) (OmniIcyshelf)
PS: Account info: Pets are IceBird_Gundam, FireBird_Gundam, Samurai_Fuji, I have about 276 items in my SDB, possess about 374,000 Neopoints, have an e-mail address of
mailto:icyshelf@netscape.net, have 60-62 avatars, and my current age is 15. Most notably, I have a Pink Poogle Toy in my shop priced at exactly 133,700 NP.
PPS: Can you make an Icy Shelf? I see icy tables, swords, pops, snowballs, beds, and even speakers, yet there’s no icy shelf! I’d find it most flattering if you COULD make one.
PPPS: The folks at PPT say hi, and are currently complaining about banner ads and frozen accounts

I’m concerned with the frozen support form- I have had to wait over two weeks, yet still have received no response for the request I sent, and am thus sending this letter.
