I am in a fairly rural area.

This is the email I got:

Thanks for your inquiry. Your account has been frozen for cheating.
This is strictly against the terms and conditions that you agreed upon
when you created your account. You can review our terms and policies
here: http://www.neopets.com/terms.phtml and here:
http://www.neopets.com/chatrules.phtml. Because you have violated our
terms and conditions we cannot return your account, Neopets, items or
anything else contained within that account.

If you have any other questions, don't forget to include the entire
text of this e-mail with your username clearly at the top. This will help
me better address your situation.

Definately keep trying, that's a canned response if ever I saw one....

Good luck. :)

I have no plan to give up..

I'm not going to give up. But I am going to find a way to get the 2 other accounts that were "suppossedly" removed from their servers Actually removed.

It looks like one of my old accounts is just about deleted from the servers. My old Neopia Central address has been assigned to a different user.

Stamp Album still remains.

Hi

Hmm, that does sound like an auto response. Nascar, when they say they froze you for cheating ... is it flash games they said you cheated at or just a "generic" cheating? Sorry, I am confused.

I'm trying to figure out what your old accounts that you disabled would have to do with this. Are they trying to say that you've played games or done dailies, something like that on more than one account?

If you closed accounts and the names were released as useable for new accounts, I'm wondering if someone didn't create an account using one of your old names and started playing, doing dailies, rs'ing, whatever - and that's why they think it's you. I do remember awhile back when they released a bunch of old user/pet names that people were frozen for using those names - mostly for accessing an account that wasn't theirs (something like that), but some for cheating, multi'ing - even though none of them had. Must have been some sort of weird database thing? Just trying to think here ...

It didn't say in that response I got

But when I try to log in to that account it refers to be frozen for flash games.

I know late onf Friday my third score of Defender Trainer was sent in for review (and it was not even a score high enough for the high score table).

Do you, by any chance, use an older computer? If so, TNT's cheat detection system may be mistaking your slower CPU speed for a "cheat program". By "old", I'm referring to anything older than 2 years old. This problem has me in a constant state of paranoia whenever I play flash games. Many of us, myself included, do not have the money to buy new computers every 2 years or so....

I used to use a Windows 98SE computer

Tue Nov 02, 2004 6:09 am

I now use a new computer that has Windows XP with SP 2 installed on it. I have had my new computer for approixmately 3 weeks now.

In the original form I put in that I believe my new faster computer caused one of my Defender Trainer games to get tagged.

Thanks.

I don't see why a brand new computer would cause one of your flash games to be tagged. Usually people that want to cheat try to slow their computers down. How high was your score that you submitted for Defender Trainer??

Erm.. why did his account get unfrozen? I wonder... o_O It is a mysterious issue we have on our hands here, fellow PPTers. We must unite to discover the identity of the kind samaritan who performed such an act of kindness. Yes. *nods head solemnly*
