Again, Morningstar said it much more eloquently than I could hope to at the moment. We shouldn't have to argue to keep our accounts. I agree that many accounts are rightly frozen, but just because someone else broke the rules doesn't mean I did.
I hate to throw out the cliche "Innocent until proven guilty" because it has officially been cliched to death, but it certainly is very applicable in these circumstances.
(That being said, I don't know the specifics in this scenario so for all I know TNT rightly froze someone. Mia culpa on the magna carta deal.
