It's so hard to know how neopets staff freeze without actually going to Neo HQ and seeing them in action. I feel kinda in the dark about the whole process.

Anyway, how do you find out what someone was frozen for? The autoreason I mean. I always thought you had to login to the account to find out.

FYI it's this kind of freezing that makes PPT dislike TNT.

Again, Morningstar said it much more eloquently than I could hope to at the moment. We shouldn't have to argue to keep our accounts. I agree that many accounts are rightly frozen, but just because someone else broke the rules doesn't mean I did.

I hate to throw out the cliche "Innocent until proven guilty" because it has officially been cliched to death, but it certainly is very applicable in these circumstances.

(That being said, I don't know the specifics in this scenario so for all I know TNT rightly froze someone. Mia culpa on the magna carta deal. )
