you asked for everyone to help you and your dancing around our questions. Cmon mate, there may be some hope to getting your account back, but you gotta explain to us what you did with the accounts(Like labbed pets for adoption centers or battledomer or a Restocker or for stocks or games) and how much you transfered between accounts.

Thats a good guess, but if we know the activites, legit or otherwise, we can narrow the spectrum down, y'know?

That is rather a vague explanation. Why did you let someone access your side account? And how did you get so many pets? They may have frozen you for that - hogging all the poogles.

I think shemeant someone scammed/hacked her account, she didnt parade around her "special word".

In that case, it may very likely be someone close to you, for example *ahem* your sister *ahem*. Of course, that is just a possibility, I don't know what your sister is like, but I do know mine.

My sister is nice, and I know it was no one close to me, I dont know that many people, the password for that account was pretty obvious, I was going to change it but I forgot.

How long will it take to get a response? I mailed William and the autoform, is there anyone else I can mail?

Actually, what you should do is first use the contact form. You'll get a response from a staff member, in an autoreply.

Then start emailing that staff member directly, allowing you to have a "point person" with regards to your frozen accounts.

If that does not work, and you remain frozen after several pleas to get unfrozen, snailmail a letter. You can get the Neopets address at http://whois.sc/neopets.com. Allow about three months of constant attempts of emailing before you write the letter. Make the address out to "Support Department." Don't make it out to a particular person, just the department. On the letter itself, use a "two whom it may concern."

In your emails and your regular letters, make sure you're very polite and level-headed. No swearing, no questioning peoples' parentage, none of that. Make sure you're very clear about what was in the accounts, who you are, your email address, et cetera. In your physical letter, make sure you put an email address in their with your contact information.
