This was a fairly easy one for me, as I reeeeealy love freaky factory. 
I got the av at 1445, although it really doesn't help you guys any since the av low score is probably around 1200+.

I got the av at 1690.. my guess is score 1250+, since it takes 1250+ points in the game to earn 1000np...

Actually the np/score ratio has been lowered again, so you need a score that's somewhere in the 1600's (I believe, too lazy too check the math) to get the full 1000. Remember when it was half that? *sigh*
Anyway, I got the avatar.
Pretty easy.

Finally they do a game avatar at a game I'm good at (well somewhat anyway)
