that sounds like so much fun! wish I could go *is jealous* but unfortunately they haven't even released the TCG in Britain yet. That is really cool about Golden Child asking for your username. Maybe you'll be offered a job at neopets lol

Yeah, I don't have a scanner, or a digital camera, or else I'd so post the pictures. They're really cool, though.

I can't wait until it comes here! I really want to meet the artists, seeing as I'm seriously considering being an artist for Neopets when I'm older (although I have absolutely no natural talent at drawing 
). I'm going to see if I can go both days but I'm not 100% sure if that's possible.

Gah, I want to go, but the closest one is NJ, and it's prolly like 3 hours away, and I doubt I could get my dad to take me there... It would be fun, especially if I get free packs of cards... *has been considering going out to buy cards all day long*

I've been volunteered by my brother's friends to go with them next month. So there will be at least one guild of adults with no children wandering around.

If anyone get's a picture drawn for them, it'd be cool if you got it scanned. I've always wanted to see what the pictures look like when they draw them at the mall.
How does that work, anyway? Do they have a list of things you can get them to draw? I can't imagine every artist being able to draw every pet/faerie/character.

Well, Golden Child and Soup Faerie had a book of all the different Neopets. When I asked Golden Child to draw me a Faerie Shoyru, he turned to a page with all of the Faerie pets in their happy pose in it. Soup Faerie and Tiger Catcher drew the Pteri and Robot Acara free-handed with no references.

Very cool. Do they only draw pets? Or are there other characters too?
I never knew Soup Faerie was an artist. Tony (Tiger Catcher) has been there for a loong time. I'm pretty sure he's the one that draws the faeries.

Well, Soup Faerie was drawing a Fire Faerie for someone, so I'm pretty sure they draw the other characters. ^_^

I wish it was coming to my area, but it's not. I'd protest the lack of suffiecent support staff! If they had that, the site would be soooo much better for the players!
