He is released now. I just got him. You get him by refreshing the page before you zap your pet. (The page where you choose which pet to zap.)

It varies how much you have to refresh to get him. I refreshed maybe 30 times or os before I got him.
He is tough. I've beat him 34 times and I am really at risk every time I battle him. I sink on the first round and burrow on the second. If I get him frozen, in those two rounds I'm OK. The third round I use downsize and defend and I get through it unless he uses his SOS and FSS and gets a strong hit on the FSS. In that case, he kills me. If I beat him or freeze him on the third round I am fine. If I don't then I go ahead and withdraw.
