I voted for #4.
I really want #1, but I figure they probably won't pick it because it's not updated enough. #4 is the updated version of #1 and IT DOES NOT HAVE EXTENDED CLAWS. It annoys me that they drew a feline Neopet (the current version and #5 & #6). Felines have retractable claws. Canines have extended claws. Get it right TNT. -.-

Actually I love #4 -- It's basically the Green Kougra TCG that I like so much. It's a better merging of the old Kougra in a more revamped style.
