I voted for the cap. If you put a cap in place then you don't really have to worry about setting minimum stats to get on the list. I also think a cap would make it more manageable.

I definitely agree with getting rid of frozen pets and stats that are still basic. I don't like the idea of a cap, because I like everyone being able to be on the list as long as they're trying. However, I don't think a cap would be bad as long as it wasn't insanely high or hard to meet. Mostly I don't want people to feel left out or excluded.

Thanks to all who posted. I have cleared out the frozen pets and (grudgingly) announced a cap that will be instituted in September.

Pets with a PPT Score of less than 80 will be removed.
