Looks like the Draik Trans Potions are at 11Mill.

Even if TNT changes their minds are Draik Trans Potions going to go back down (Even by just a few mill), or are the morphing potions going to go up in price?

Even if I don't remember their names and the accounts are probably up for deletion soon they've been ignored so long.

Yes I read that and when WHAT? I mean the morphing potions are spose to change your pet into that. Why would they suddenly do away with the morphing potions for draiks or any other pet? We have paintbrushes and morphing potions. The potions where already horridly expencive and rare so it's not like people where running around cheating the system and as far as i know eggs are even more expencive now. (back in the day when i got my draik they where only 1mil and i talked someone down in price a little from that) This is not a smart move if that is truely what tnt has done and is thinking of doing. I always liked the potions because sometimes you have a pet whos name you like that you'd like to change to something else. And while yes we could all get the lab ray and hope we get what we want I'd think most are more likely to think about what they would want and go buy it exactly. This is just.... -grumble of words that should not be muttered on a neopets board- .... I hope a member of tnt still wanders and reads this and really does think about it!!!

I agree with everyone on this board that this move by TNT was just completely ridiculous. For me, this was pretty much the straw that broke the camel's back. I'll probably be on the site much less now, and I'll probably also be canceling my premium. This Draik thing is actually just a very small part of my frustration..
I'm going to see what happens to Neopets this spring and decide then if I want to quit for good, but it just keeps going downhill. So my hopes aren't high. I'm just very fed up with the people behind Neopets and how they're going about business. :|

Hi everyone :) I haven't been on neopets or the forums for more than a month, so this news totally took me by surprise :o :( I agree with what others have already stated on this thread- I think it's a really stupid and pointless move by TNT. I really hope that at the very least, the name of the item is changed from "morphing potion" to avoid confusion.

I agree with you frankie_ - I've been gradually enjoying neopets less and less, especially since customisation and the closure of the pound. I don't imagine I'll ever get into neopets again (even though I've been playing for more than 7 years). Perhaps I'll just log on occasionally to lab my pets and keep an eye out on news for any miracles. However, my days of restocking/playing games to earn neopoints for pet/gallery goals are long gone :(

This is an insanely stupid move on TNT's part. Hello?
Morphing potions morph. The definition of morph = to change shape or form
Paintbrushes paint. The definition of paint = To cover with a coloured substance.
MORPHING POTION DOES NOT MEAN COLOUR CHANGING. Argh! Has TNT never read the Animorphs books? :P

I don't exist. omo

I have a trans potion put away, for when I finish labbing. Oh, the temptation to sell.

This is a stupid, stupid, stupid move. Completely against everything that the TNT has spoken about recently re inflation.

It wouldn't be the first time the editorial was wrong. Fingers crossed for a clarification soon!

Yeah. The future of Neopets looks like a balloon with helium. Inflated.

I'd say more like Hydrogen.
Inflated, and liable to explode soon.

I don't understand.

This move doesn't help anyone. Nobody wants this. Even people who had a draik egg and are now going to be rich agree that this is a stupid, stupid idea on TNT's part.

I really hate how this site has grown too...intense, over the years. I like "working" for my nps, items, and rare pets/paintjobs/etc. But I believe there is a limit to how much time and effort TNT expects us to pour into an imaginary pet.

Personally, I'm just glad that I've never wanted a draik.

I have heard a rumor, and it is just that - a rumor - that you can still use a draik potion to morph your pet if you have your language set to something else besides english.

Can anyone confirm or refute this?

In my case I'm happy seeing as I have a Krawk Transpotion stacked away. Was about to sell it but I'm glad I didn't. On the other hand, it really *is* ridiculous and it doesn't make any sense. Morph potions are there to change your species, not to colour it. We've got Paintbrushes for that, which are most likely, even cheaper..
