Offering any services, such as art, coding, or "secrets" in exchange for "something nice," be it Neopoints or items, is not allowed at all and is certainly reportable.
I didn't know offering services for NP is reportable. That's how I made all my money back then.

I've been around Neo almost 5 years now, and I am pretty sure that has always been against the rules. So, you must have lucked out whenever back when was.

Same here, and it was always against the rules (I think?) Either way, don't do it!
