I don't think there's any correlation between the quality of the news and the timing of plot prizes. But I wonder if TNT decided not to issue plot prizes and never to give out another avatar. It *has* been a long while.

I'm starting to feel that way too

I know that they have to release the plot prizes, or they're going to have MANY VERY angry Neopians to deal with. As far as avatars go, though, I think it's entirely their prerogative.

I'm starting to feel that way too I know that they have to release the plot prizes, or they're going to have MANY VERY angry Neopians to deal with. As far as avatars go, though, I think it's entirely their prerogative.

Plots prizes will be rewarded in time, and avatars will come soon. i'm pretty sure a new avatar will come from The Tale of Woe plot as well. And there are still plenty of colourful and interesting avatars they can create in time. can't release them all at once, or they would run out of things to keep us interested.
