It seems to be hit or miss--not one particular shop wiz line this time, like before. But, even featheralley's shop is gone--so, maybe there is hope for the rest of us little guys that they will fix it soon.

rats. well at least I know I'm not alone here. My stock is missing too, and I just spent tons last night stocking it. I hope it comes back. I'm not touching it until it does!

My shop has been down for more than a day now. I didn't have a whole lot in it but I would like to have the few items back if possible. Also I noticed that the items missing from my shop don't show up on the shop wiz at all, when I search it comes back no item found matching that description. A friend of mine had that problem last night with their shop too, everything that they had in their shop came back no item found on the shop wiz, but their shop is all fixed and better now.

I went to buy something and got this:
Username '-edited-' doesn't seem to have a shop!
NOTE: If you've noticed your shop has gone missing this past weekend, not to worry. We're in the process of a database move that's taking longer than expected. Your shop is sitting happily in the old database waiting quietly for its turn. If your shop is one that seems to have disappeared, please don't create a new one. Your shop and all your items will return as soon as everything is done moving. Sorry for the wait!

My shop's fine, which I'm very happy about, as it houses my very expencive, nearly complete Kyrii Gallery.

Good for you, but please remember that just because you didn't hit by this particular glitch doesn't mean the next one to come along won't find you.

That looks promising.

I hope... I only had about 7k worth of stuff in my shop anyway, but it'd still suck to lose it. I mean, if I look hard enough that's enough for 2 codestones = 1 stat boost 8D Hope it all gets fixed soon, I have stuff I wanna sell that aren't going over too well in auctions heh.

Both my husband and my friend's shops are back--apparently intact.
I was hoping that all were restored, but married2mike, yours still isn't. Hopefully, they are working on yours as we speak. There are some big negg/map dealers who still haven't gotten theirs back yet either.
They should have put something in the news about it. I was on the help chat boards reassuring people left and right yesterday--people thought they had been hacked, robbed, scammed, etc.

Yeah I am trying to be logical about it, and not panic.. it's just very hard not to do lol. I won't feel better about any of this until my items are back safely in my shop, as well as my stamps restored to my stamp album.. If I lose the stamps, and the shop items I'm losing about a year worth of work

Gives me hope to see other people have their shops restored though.. just hope my turn comes lol.

Weird. My shop never disappeared. Or maybe I wasn'T logged in. That'S a pretty decent solution.

well if it makes you feel any better. I haven't got my stuff back in either of my 2 shops, and my friend's shop is still empty. So I'm hoping they are still working on it, but I wish they'd put a comment in the news.

Vale, it didn't happen to everyone. None of my shops's items disappeared either. My husband's gallery did, however. And, many, many others--particularly, it seems, people with megashops--even featheralley is itemless right now.
Married2Mike and ystava--I feel for you. I lost my advent calendar gallery a month or so ago for about 12 hours and almost cried. I can't imagine going through 3 days of nail-biting, like you must be experiencing.
I tend to think that they are working on it based on the shop wiz line you are on. The 3 people I know on the "g" line who had lost their items now have them back. And my husband's lupe gallery is back. It is on the "d" line and I have noticed that alot of lupe galleries that were also on the "d" line are also back.
So, hopefully, all will be restored soon. Jasujo's huband's shop disappeared (same time that my gallery did) and it took a few weeks, if I remember correctly, before it was restored.
It would be nice if they put something in the news about it, though. Makes people less anxious if they know someone is actually addressing the issue.

yea! I got an email from support:

0.01% of the shops in Neopia were affected by a glitch. We are
currently resetting all of these shops to how they were previously.
If you are missing an item or two after having your shop reset, we
apologize - but there is nothing else we can do. This glitch was beyond our
control and we are fixing each shop as best we can.
But, if you have gained any items or neopoints, they’re yours (shh!).
If you write in to us saying you have an extra paint brush, a few extra
codestones or even an extra hidden tower item, your email will be
deleted and forgotten!
If you have any other questions, please do not forget to include the
entire text of this e-mail with your username clearly at the top. This
will help me better address your situation.
