I'm guessing that email is the bounce back from the failed Scratchcard neomail - it's been 24 hours since they're sent out.

I also received the message about the bounced-back Neomail. I sent in a bug report about it. Something finally got fixed, which is the premium collectable cards. My cards for November and December just showed up in the past 12 hours. I really wish the other problems would get fixed though. We're paying for webmail which isn't working...should we demand a refund?!

I find this aggrivating and frustrating. It was working so well and now.. nothing goes through. I don't mind having to use a link but really none of us who pay should have to.

Thanks to all for the uber-neat links!

I've been so busy lately that I hadn't even noticed I hadn't gotten anything in days, not even a scratchcard.

Reading this post made me think about it, and using the links got me 2 SSHs and 2000np from the scratchcard :)

(though I'm with you on a free month is they don't get it fixed)

One of my guildmates has premium and called tech support. This is what she posted that they said:

Wow. I had considered getting premium before. But with all these problems - that have been going on for quite a while, no less - and not much more of a response than the free service, I definitely don't want it now.

well that's just dandy, i think i'll be putting a call into tech support today since i've sent three emails to them and received no response, and if they can't resolve the problem, well then i'll just cancel my premium, because if the webmail doesn't work, then really what am I paying for?

I know TNT members scan these boards so why haven't they picked up on the fact that webmail isn't working and it's not just a glitch with one or two people? Do they think we'll just sit idly by and let them take our money without making them fix this problem?
