congrats on the win! I'm in fairyland insane mode right now at the beginning of the act. I beat the faeries easily and nox was annoying but not too hard.

I hope I can take down Terask, I have my skill points well spent and I've been saving up slowing, hasting and damage potions since act 3.

As long as you don't do anything foolish, fighting Terask II is based on luck. I wish you luck! :)

what are you talking about? I doubt he can do anything that bad even if he does pull up shields and mesmerize velm because if he hits velm the he snaps out of it.

You'd be surprised. The first time I fought Terask II on InSaNe, he stunned Velm several times, mesmerized him, then landed a couple of critical hits. Velm didn't have time to react. Because of the stuns, when he was out of the mesmerization, he still had five more game seconds to go before he could take a turn. Terask II can do plenty in five game seconds, even if he's slowed and you're hasted.

I didn't think so - I've completed both Normal and Evil (I've just started Insane), and there's not that much difference between the two, except the monsters have more HP.

I'm almost done with neoquest 2 and it's only harder at the beginning before you get velm because the enemies do more damage to you because it takes longer to kill them. Also you'll always be short on money because everything is 50% more expensive than normal.

You mean on evil? Yes, things here are horribly expensive :( I'm FINALLY at Lakeside, hunting around for some gold. What level for the Sand Grundo?

I was at level thirteen when I beat the Sand Grundo today, but I almost had Mipsy maxed out on Direct Damage.

Also, has anyone ever gotten a weapon or defense item from defeating a non-boss monster?I just did, but it was a few seconds before Neo went down, so it may just be a glitch.

You should beat him comfortably at 15. I fought him at 17 all four times on Evil and InSaNe. It was a breeze.

the sand grundo isn;t hard at all since mipsy can dd him to shreds.

On Evil and Insane, the monsters also drop weapons.

Ditto. I haven't gotten a weapon/armour from monster yet, and I'm on evil  Unlucky saga.

If I remember correctly, I didn't get any weapons dropped by monsters until chapter two when I played evil.

Darn, well, I just wasted the Sand Grundo with Mipsy's Obliderate and a damage potion from Rohane 8)

I'm on Chapter 2, on Evil. Currently heading towards Caves Of Terror. On Normal I died about 4 times in there, so I am really not looking forward to it.
