Or they can give people more chance to win pbs from the wheels and fruit machine.
To tell the truth, I go to fruit machine everyday just to try my luck in getting a faerie pb.
The prices are inflating too fast...like pirate and faerie...oh yeah and grey.
3 million nps ++ is almost impossible for me. I earn about 50k a day (if I try harder I think I can earn 100k a day) but that's like so far away from 3mil. I'll have to take 30 days ++ to get 3mil!

If I could make 3 mil in 30 days, I'd be one happy neopian! I wouldn't complain about the cost of paintbrushes at all.
As it is, it takes me about 30-60 days to make 1 mil, if I try really hard and spend way to much time on neopets. So I don't mind spending that much for a paintbrush. But 2-5 mil? Ouch! >.<

The Wheel of Monotony gives out the a paint brush, but only the Tyrannian Paint Brush.
Wish we could give/trade our Fountain Faerie Quests--I have a spare I'd give you sicily.

Yeah...:\ So maybe they should update all the wheels or using stampsyne's idea to create new wheels that purely give out pbs if you're lucky?

Uh-huh...yeah I'm quite happy, but I have no time to play neopets at all next year I suppose. So I'll have to rush through in the holidays...with projects to do...sigh. Real life stress = Sad neopian life.

It took me 2 years to make a million! Granted, it was because I was on and off, and not playing games every day, etc.
But still..
I spent that Million (plus a little more) on my Darigan Paint Brush.
I spent another bundle of neopoints on my Desert Paint Brush!
Thank GOODNESS, i'm done with painting pets..
I'm now officially poor (less than 200K).. and it'll probably take me another 2 years to get back up to a million! haha.. unless I actually sell stuff from my SDB.. but I like all my stuff.
Err.. basically i'm just saying that yes, Paintbrush's are insanely expensive. But I felt really satisfied after I made enough money to buy them and painted my pets
