For those who may not have realized (I didn't until I tried it on a whim) the card used to be called Professor William Washpot -- if you put it in your neodeck before the change it still shows the old name.

Card is Niten Hiroru and you have to shop wiz it with Identicle to phrase or you won't find it. Made a nice 200k off this card.

Put search items to "identical to my phrase". And look for Niten Hiroru.
