I found the grammatical error but didn't point out the punctuation error.
There should have been a question mark not a full stop.

It's alright to use a full stop in that sentence. Or am I wrong?

It could maybe have had a exclamation point.

I am pretty sure you need a question mark.

I am not an english major and have forgotten a lot of the finer points of correct grammar and punctuation. Having said that, TNT makes a pig's breakfast out of english and I am often shaking my head at it.

Call an English teacher in. That would solve the problem.
But I don't think my English teacher would like to solve Neo problems...
