According to a good friend of mine, the glitch was occurring f you went to take multiples of an item out of your SDB. Only 1 would show up in the inventory and the rest went "poof" and disappeared.

I was once dubbed the glitch fairy by a good friend here on PPT, because if there was a glitch out there, I experienced it and lost items due to it. I have lost millions to the glitches, as have others who have played this game for awhile. So, from experience, I highly suggest that everyone be careful moving any items around the site today. Often when there is a glitch affecting one area, it will affect another area as well. And best not to put anything in your SDB at this time. The last time that one of these SDB glitches hit (November, 2004), TNT did a 2 day roll back. But only of the SDB's. So anything put in there during those 2 days was lost. And anything taken out of there during those 2 days magically reappeared. Best not to tempt fate.
