Refreshing for the Snow Beast

I alternated refreshing at the advent calendar and cliffhanger for 1 minute intervals of fast refreshes and got him in no time.

People on the boards were saying to refresh at one until you got a random event and then switch to the other. Then once you got a WRE there swich back until you get him. Worked for me

Has this worked for anyone recently? Or has anyone even gotten the snowbeast recently?

I'm estimating that I've done >10 thousand refreshes in Terror Mountain...

Yes it has, there was a thread on the battledome board and many people got it using the above method.
