Also though, not to dampen everyone's spirits, just to be on the safe side- are we sure this isn't against any of neo's rules? I know they don't like a bunch of people getting together to inflate prices or stuff like that, and I'm not sure how they'd feel about something like this.

The best thing to do would probably to pick a time and then make a thread AT that time detailing what we are doing, so we can catch people who might be browsing as well as people who want to take part...

Um...I don't wish to take over or anything, but the maybe if everyone who wants to take part could post the times they are availible and we can pick the most convienient time?

I think it would be a great idea to do it say once a month or once every couple of weeks or something.. like as a planned event.. could even see if it could be posted on PPT news etc... although.. would neopets count this as cheating?

If the whole POINT of the rubbish dump is to get more people refreshing to get better items, then I think we are safe. If anyone is worried about this (although I really don't see a reason to be) then they do not have to take part

I don't think I'll be able to make it. Usually I would, it's 11am my time, but tonight (or tomorrow morning) I'm staying up to watch Brazil play Australia (I live there). It's almost 11.30pm now, and the game is at 2am. So I'll go to bed at 4am. And wake up... around 2pm. Thats 9pm NST (I think...).

Not sure exactly but I'm proabably leaving sometime 1-3ish (10-noonish nst). I'll definitely be gone by evening which is probably the best time to do it since more people can be on then(I think). I'll just tell my little brothers to do it instead of me. *pokes brothers*
