I am having trouble with step 1-3 in the gathering.

first i look at the picture and pick the correct option. right after that, i then click to check in. then after that, i wait 1 minute and then click on check in again.

It is a 10 minute sequence. If it doesn't work with checking in right after then again upon the new minute, try checking in only upon the new minute. Make sure when you have to wait you click the Wait option and don't simply wait without clicking any option. Administer the proper treatment, each minute, for ten minutes.

Correct. Let the Neopets clock turn, then allow a few seconds to be safe.

Here is what I am doing:

8:30:05 I click one of the first 4 options according to the picture.
8:30:10 I click on "check in"
8:31:05 I click on "check in"
8:31:10 I click one of the first 4 options according to the picture.
8:31:15 I click on "check in"
8:32:05 I click on "check in"
8:32:10 I click one of the first 4 options according to the picture.
I then just do this procedure over and over.

Is this correct or not?

okay. i've been doing it wrong. i was waiting 1 min between the click in button.

Theoretically that should still work, but only so long as you are giving yourself enough time to administer treatment before the new neo-minute.

For example, I just started a few seconds after any new neo-minute, then my sequence turned out to be this:

6:47 Wait
6:48 Feed
6:49 Give medicine
6:50 Bandage
6:51 Bandage
6:52 Bandage
6:53 Give medicine
6:54 Feed
6:55 Wait
6:56 Bandage

If you check in on the new minute, that refreshes the pose. The pose upon that new minute tells you what treatment to give. Check in after administering treatment (or not if it does not work that way for you) but always be sure to check in on the new minute, since that refreshes pose.

Yes, that's it. You can look at the URL to tell if it's working. Note that each click extends the URL and counts -- once it reaches 9, he should be healed. If the picture scoots down the page or you reach 9 without anything happening, leave the room, come back in, and try again. I was one of the first ones to figure out what to do with that blasted pet, but I never left the room and was clicking for two hours before it healed.

EDIT: Sometimes the picture won't change when you check in on the new minute -- if that's the case, just repeat that action. Hope you get it soon!

I hope that they're not going to score based on quickness of the completion... I was unable to get online for about a week and a half due to my work schedule, and I couldn't complete the plot until yesterday. I'm just glad that I was able to finish it at all, because it would have sucked to be in this thing from the very beginning and miss the ending because of work!!!

I want a t-shirt that says "WINDMILLS DO NOT WORK THAT WAY!!!" with a picture of Farmer Follies on it. And maybe one that says "I hate hurt vaeoli" (I'm guessing on the plural of "vaeolus). Or "I fixed the Water Plant and saved Altador from flooding, and all I got was this stupid t-shirt."

Don't know exactly why I'm creating t-shirt sayings right now... *is sleepy*
