I managed to get a Greater Healing Scroll from the Wheel of Knowledge because I was feeling very lucky indeed; and then I managed to get the same item from a users shop for a absolutely stupid price!

Hit the Print Screen key (way up above your arrow keys), open paint, press Ctrl+V, crop the image, and save as a .gif or .jpg.

It says under that, that it was awarded over 2 hours ago, so I'm guessing she started the wheel, then went out to work/school/shopping and collected the prize when they got home again
