Yikes! Just the idea of the amount of system resources it would take to query all that different information and parse it when multiplied by 10s of thousands of users per day makes me cringe. You can be sure they'll never do anything like that.
But they already have things in place that query your information. You can get the

which shows a picture of your pet (correct species and color), and the sludge ray turning things into sludge or dr. sloth stealing things talk about specific items. All those events happen all the time, and they have to query the user's account for information about the pet name and species and current color, the items in your inventory, and so on.

Oh my goodness, it has been so long since I created a pet, that I had totally forgotten that. I guess in the back of my mind I remembered it subconsciously and just wanted it to DO something! heh.
Although, the only thing I see there is the height and weight, and nothing about its personality except what the owner writes...
