Does anyone remember if the Theif constellation was released at the same time as the news? I vaguely recall the Lenny showing up a few hours afterwords....
If I remember right, it actually came out before the news. I think it might have been around 2 NST, whereas they usually update the news later.

actually it came AFTER
i looked at the news, and then on here, and then in altador, nothing new, no lenny.
the next morning, i came to check it real quick, and then i read that a lenny had appeared

I have a feeling they are up to something when they update the news so early. This part may be more involved that we think. I tried to do things like putting codes and stuff in the url, but no luck...

I definitely think the clue will be as complicated, or more so, as the last one, but, at least in most of the source codes, I wasn't able to find anything new, so we can probably either rule that out or just conclude that maybe they're messing with us again and not releasing things when we think they should.

well, so far we haven't been so great at guessing WHEN a clue will be released. also, TNT must've worked hard on that maze. they've been slowing down, and who can blame them? the plot's getting complicated. But a clue is pobably soon to be released, if not already here.

Honestly?
I think the most complicated thing they could do is put the clue right in front of our faces. We're all too busy looking for something complicated that we wouldn't see it. Sorta like when you lose your keys - they're always in the most obvious place but it's the last place you ever look.
Anyway, just a small thought... I highly doubt that the clue for the Gatherer will be in the petpet shop since all of the shops have been used before (for the Collector). It may be linked through the shop (similar to what I have listed for number 3 below), but I doubt it'd appear there.
I think the clue will either:
1. Show up in one of the various woods/forest around the city... perhaps we need to shake an apple true or something and the clue will be revealled in the fallen fruit; or
2. Be connected to the unused fruit/negg shaped building at the bottom of the city; or
3. Be linked from the farm in some form or another - similar to the clue for the First to Rise being linked through the Tomb.

I have, because if you look around Altador (zoomed in, unless you have supersonic eyesight haha) you will discover Aishas all over.
But an Aisha is a pet, not a petpet.
Perhaps the next clue involves "gathering" the Altadorian Aisha statues by clicking on all of them *crosses fingers it's not*

Actually, the only shop not used for the Collector clue was the petpet shop. Items were only found in the other three. So it is still highly possible that we will find it somewhere in there.
