There are a lot of percentages in the stock market. The one I think you're talking about is the change of the day.

Logo Ticker Company Volume Open Curr Change
AAVL Alien Aisha Vending Ltd. 95980 36 46 +27.78%

The percentage is how much the stock has gone up or down from what it opened at. In this case, it went up 27.78% so far today, or 10 points.
