I found news has taken quite the nice turn from what it was a few weeks ago. It's allways good to see people live up to their promises or atleast be able to admit when a mistake has occured.

I would still love to see the status of Neoschools (on the back burner, working hard, or forgotten forever) instead of it just vanishing. But this is a great start!

They're actually admitting their problems! A first in their history. And they should keep this up. I agree with the person who said to E-mail them about this and say how we liked it, and how we hope they continue this.

In their defense (what am I doing???), it isn't the first time that they've admitted a mistake. There was a period that Adam started doing the editorial in which they were VERY honest. We all appreciated it very much and I think people's admiration of TNT had not been that high in a LONG time.
However, they fell back into the old habit and haven't seemed to break out until now. Hopefully it lasts much longer this time!

I like to pretend Neoschools fell down a big big hole and they're slowly building a giant ladder to get down there and get it.
Still, awesome job on the whole "We got the bug fixed" front.

I agree that we've seen it before and we'll see it again. But I do think that it IS a big deal!
Whether it should be a big deal or just expected is another story, but as it stands, it is a big deal.

I remember tnt doing this a couple of times before... but not recently... I really like it when they let us know what happened and or whats going on its much better than staring blankly at neopets trying to figure out what happened to whatever is going on at a certain time.

I agree! Even though it didn't effect me, it still nice to know that when they hear of a mistake/glitch, they fix it and then admit it happened so we don't think we're just having a mass bad dream!

Maybe it wasn'ta glitch. Maybe it was the guy who hacked into neopets, Ad0. TNT lied about the Lab Ray "glitch" (sarcastic). What really happened was that something happened to the battledome chat when pets stats would be reset. I am very suspicious about TNT admitting about "glitches."

I think you underestimate TNT. I'll be the first to stand up and complain if something's amiss, but if they had a huge breach of security, there would be more than a little blurb in the News. And I won't argue the Lab Ray "glitch", as I'm not completely aware of what happened, but for some reason, I doubt very seriously that you do, either.
