If you completed a Jhudora quest then you really should have gotten it - maybe it went into your collection without telling you - it's very sneaky sometimes

I just tried to get the avie by doing a Quest.
She asked for a Gold Shoyru Morphing Potion and gave me 11 minutes to find one - I failed
I was on level 27 at the time

I got a bug where it accidentally sent me to the wrong place, but when I got back, I had already finished the quest, it said. I didn't get the avatar. In case you're wondering what happened, I got the item and then clicked the back button a bunch, until I got to the page, clicked "I Have It!" and then got sent to the error page. I hope they still give it out Monday, or else I'll have to wait a whole year. I already checked, and the avatar is not in my collection.

NOOOO!!! You're sure they won't offer it Monday or something? This sucks! Anyway, something else people might be interested in, I got this Random Event where Jhudora gave me a Poison Tipped Dagger. I'm not sure if that is a today only thing, or an always thing, but it happened, and I'm moderately happy.
