Agree.. I think with a movie and video game and what not and this possible cereal they are forgetting about the people on the site.. especially when it comes to getting certain things done..

I think a lot of scammers get away with things and a good chunk of the frosen are innocent, I know I feel stronly on this one as I was frozen and I never cheated as they said I did.

Scamming is made too easy on Neopets
I think its been made considerably harder especially with the updated TOS in efffect.
