The frozen account still gets the NP. If you send a neomail to a frozen account and then unfreeze it, you get the neomail. ;) Scorpi0n's brother put his SOS up for 1.8 mil because he didn't know that you can start auctions at 10mil or w/e. He then self froze in attempts to save it. Devan then won the auction and gave it to Kristy who is Scorpi0n's offline friend to return to Scorpi0n when he gets his account back. Devan and Scorpi0n are friends, hence why Devan didn't keep it for himself.

This whole thing just underscores for me the importance of NO ONE ever having access to or knowing your password. Not for Neo, not for anything. And if, for whatever reason, you do know someone's password, that doesn't mean you have to go and use it, especially if you're going to mess around with someone else's stuff.

Now that person has to try to get their account back. Hopefully they will with no problem, but there have been times when a self-frozen account wasn't returned. This could also be seen as account sharing which is not allowed.

The only question re: the actual auction and the person who won, from the other post I read, that person put the sword up for auction almost immediately. I'm guessing that was a nf only auction so the sword could go to the friend?

What a mess! Makes me glad my roomie and I don't know each other's passwords to anything and that we're both adults. So if, say, something drastic happened and one of us did need too give the other that information to put pets in the lodge, something like that, I know that's all lthat would happen.

Yeah... Devan put it up as a high increment, NF only auction.

Scorpi0n got his account back last night.
