Your game size(s)?

I always choose the smallest screen with the lowest quality

I use normal-sized.. I prefer it that way.

use default screen and set resoultion to the lowest ...

Changing this - I now go up a size or two for Volcano Run in an attempt to get the av. It's not worknig too well so far, though.
