Can I confirm with someone?

You mean for the one that just went up, about the catapault? you can double-check with me, but i'm not at all confidant that what I got was right. Physics was a long time ago!

I'd like to confirm with someone too.... I'm in physics but its not exactly my best subject :( (vectors drive me up the wall!)

Gotta be another poor payout.

Hint for the easy way: think energy.

[edit] Hey, I just realized we can solve for the mass of Neopia now! :p

That required the simple physics that have been drilled into our brains for the last 2 weeks. Easy. :P

I can't believe I forgot about using energy. Would have been so much easier than what I used. Oh well, I just checked using energy, and I got the same answer.

I used an equation from a college text book - didn't use the density of the object at all. not sure if that was right or not, but i think that number was there just to try and trick us, as distance travelled has nothing to do with density or mass of an object, just its velocity

Yes this one was very simple physics. Come on neopets throw in some angles and air resistance or an inclined plane. Too bad i saw the thing 3+ hrs after it was released. Oh well.

It's a good thing you don't have to use vectors in this one. A couple of scalars work fine. ;)

Physics is Phun! They need even more physics questions as LC's! These are great!

The equation I used had vector quantities... I hope I used the right equation. Actually it's kinda funny cause I just learned this stuff like two weeks ago  Oh well... I tried!

Looking to confirm with someone, I don't trust my uncle's work, he's 23, how can you trust that? He loves physics though, and since I haven't even started them, thought it'd be best for HIM to do it for me. :P
