There were going to be some attempts on doing it at some point during the early years of Neopets, but now there is no chance of that because of the sheer number of possible combinations.
Would take too much time to redraw all the neopets with each single item. plus there are the neopets that need a new look after a few years. After looking over the pros and cons...too expensive at this time to persue. If ever.
