i'm happy to hear that your account was unfrozen. I have lost 2 accounts to freezing. I tried the automated form, but have not heard anything back. It was really unfair, because I had no warning, and like most good people on Neopets, would never scam, or cheat. Now, I will admit, on the first account, I was scammed, and frozen for it, but the second one was my baby...I loved that account. IT happened just a few weeks ago, and I had just gotten about 10,000 np in my bank..I was saving up for a desert paintbrush. I have sent in the automated form twice, but to no avail....congrats again...
